What we collect
Account details (email, username, optional profile photo and bio), subscription status from our payment processor, chat messages you post, your saved settings and layouts, and connection keys you choose to add (stored encrypted).
How we use it
To run your account, show your Dashboard and terminal, process billing, run the community chat, provide support and keep SYGNAL secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share with
Service providers that help run SYGNAL (hosting, payments, Discord for community features you choose to use, AI providers for widgets you build), and authorities where required by law.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, remove connection keys and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact support from the Help button.
Security
Keys are encrypted and never returned to your browser in full. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong unique password.
