1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SYGNAL Trading ("SYGNAL", "we"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use SYGNAL.

2. Not financial advice

SYGNAL provides general educational tools, charting software, indicators and market commentary. Nothing on SYGNAL is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future, option or digital asset.

SYGNAL is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant or commodity trading advisor. Signals, scores, setups, bias labels, briefs and SYGNAL Suggest outputs are automated, impersonal analysis and do not consider your personal financial situation. You alone decide whether and how to trade.

3. Trading risk

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Futures, options and leveraged products can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, including past signals, is not indicative of future results. See the Risk Disclosure.

4. Data, brokers and third parties

Market data, broker connections and order execution are provided by third parties you choose and contract with directly (for example your data provider or broker). You are responsible for your agreements with them, including any exchange data subscriber agreements, fees and professional or non-professional status. Orders are sent through your own broker account and you are responsible for every order placed.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. SYGNAL does not guarantee any data, signal, connection or order routing.

5. Simulated and demo results

Demo terminals, paper trading and any hypothetical results are simulated. Simulated results have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading, and may not reflect the impact of liquidity, slippage or fees.

6. No warranty

SYGNAL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYGNAL and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of SYGNAL, any signal or data, any outage, or any third-party service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SYGNAL in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SYGNAL harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your trading, your use of SYGNAL, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party agreement.

9. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

10. Community conduct

Do not post spam, harassment, illegal content, market manipulation or paid promotions, and do not present opinions as guaranteed outcomes. We may remove content, mute or close accounts at our discretion.

11. Accounts and keys

Keep your login secure. Keys you connect are stored encrypted and used only to serve your own account. Do not share accounts or redistribute data from SYGNAL.

12. Disputes

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
